The naming and launching ceremony of 33,200DWT Bulk Carrier HX201005 built for Yangpu Tongli was held at HXS on 24th Nov 2014. Mr. Wang Hongjun, President of HXS, Ms. Dong Haian, President of Yangpu Tongli (the shipowner), Mr. Wang Guangqi, Vice General Manager of CCS Zhejiang Branch and other guests were invited to attend this ceremony.

 

With the applause of all attendees, the Godmother Ms. Dong Haian named the new vessel as “ HUA SHENG DA”, and unveiled the ship name, cut ribbon and released the champagne bottle for blessing. After announcing launching by Mr. Wang Hongjun, the vessel was launched smoothly and successfully.

 

The vessel owns LOA abt. 179.9m, breadth mld. 26.0m, and depth mld. 14.8m. It is the largest ship launched in HXS till now. After launching, the vessel will start outfitting, commissioning and sea trial. It is scheduled to be delivered in early of January 2015.
